Ceha Canada Freight Program
Effective Date: July 25, 2025
Objective: To provide Ceha Canada dealers with a structured and transparent freight program that allows them to estimate shipping costs upfront. This program is based on industry standards used by furniture manufacturers and distributors across Canada. Shipments will be dispatched from Toronto, ON, utilizing Western Logistics as the primary freight carrier.
Freight Program Structure
The country is divided into standard industry freight zones based on distance from Toronto and shipping costs.

Freight Cost Calculation
- Zone 1 (Ontario): 8% of total product cost (Min. Charge: $115)
- Zone 2 (Quebec): 10% of total product cost (Min. Charge: $133)
- Zone 3 (Manitoba): 12% of total product cost (Min. Charge: $140)
- Zone 4 (Saskatchewan): 14% of total product cost (Min. Charge: $165)
- Zone 5 (Alberta): 15% of total product cost (Min. Charge: $165)
- Zone 6 (British Columbia): 16% of total product cost (Min. Charge: $178)
- Zone 7 (Nova Scotia): 18% of total product cost (Min. Charge: $189)
- Zone 8 (Newfoundland & Labrador): 25% of total product cost (Min. Charge: $219)
Ensures dealers have a predictable shipping cost for all orders based on their location.

- Lead Time: Standard shipping lead time is 5-12 business days depending on the destination zone.
- Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost upon request.

- Dock-to-Dock Delivery: Standard service includes delivery to the dealer’s dock. Additional charges apply for inside delivery or liftgate service.
