Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
We want all our customers to be fully satisfied with their orders—but if you're not, that's okay too.
At CEHA Canada, we have separate return, exchange, and refund policies depending on the type of order.
Please refer to the sections below for full details based on whether your order is a Quick Ship Item or a Custom/Project-Based Order.
1. For Quick Ship Items
At CEHA Canada, your satisfaction is our priority. We want your shopping experience to be seamless and worry-free, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most standard orders. Please review our detailed guidelines below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.
All returns are subject to approval by CEHA Canada. Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition may be deemed ineligible for return. The determination of acceptable condition is made solely at the discretion of CEHA Canada.
CEHA Canada reserves the right to approve or deny any return request at its sole discretion. Customers may be required to provide descriptions and/or photographic evidence of the product's condition prior to return authorization. Failure to comply with these requests may result in denial of the return.
- A valid proof of purchase and original packaging is required.
- Returns must be authorized with a valid Return Authorization Number obtained from CEHA Canada, which must be presented to the carrier during pickup.
- A restocking fee applies unless the item is confirmed as defective or damaged (see below).
- You are responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery and noting any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
- For a damaged or defective item, the return or exchange request must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. For all other returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery - returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Individual components from a set or bundle cannot be returned separately.
- Custom or special-order items are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Missed return pickups will result in a rescheduling fee - this fee will be clearly disclosed at the time Ceha Canda Inc. schedules a pickup on the customer's behalf.
- Failure to complete the returns process within one week of being provided with instructions from Ceha Canada may result in refusal of return.
Note: Clear photos are required for any claims involving damage or defects. Returns without photo documentation may be subject to a higher return shipping fee. CEHA Canada reserves the right to reassess the restocking fee based on the information provided.
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products of the same item.
To request an exchange, please email us at support@cehacanada.com. Be sure to include photos and a description of the issue.
Note: Visible inspection upon delivery and damage notation on the delivery receipt is mandatory to qualify for a damage-based exchange.
To support efficient shipping, reduce waste, and manage inspection costs, a restocking fee applies to all returned items:
- 20% of the item’s purchase price with original packaging intact
- 30% if the original packaging is missing
These fees cover return shipping, repackaging, and quality inspection.
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@cehacanada.com
- Include clear photos and description of the issue
- If your request is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost for you.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 48 hours
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution
- Original and return shipping fees, as well as the restocking fee, are non-refundable

2. For Custom/Project-Based Orders
Due to the made-to-order nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders.
- Custom orders include any products that are manufactured specifically for a project and processed only after a purchase order (PO) is received.
- This includes modified dimensions, colors, finishes, or configurations not part of our standard offering.
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products of the same item.
